The quick-change pallet locks into the Ultimate Base Unit in just seconds, replacing the standard Adult pallet you use for most jobs. Once the jacket is loaded onto the pallet, the included hold-down locks it securely in place and removes most wrinkles from the fabric (a bit of fine tuning will quickly smooth out any smaller wrinkles). Then it’s up to you!

Most printers will flash a nylon jacket quickly before printing to pre-shrink the heat sensitive material and avoid crinkling after the fact. Mind your flash times carefully, though! It’s easy to “overcook” these finicky garments.
